The hotel had a few shortcomings like the rooms smelling like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room and not closing securely. On the bright side, we were upgraded to a suite unexpectedly which saved the day when 'we had nowhere else to put you' situation arose.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway at 101 and 85, making it perfect for a one-night stop on a road trip. The room was clean and comfortable, but the noise from other guests laughing affected my sleep quality. The staff was welcoming, catering to my service dog with a smile, which was a relief. The dining experience was overpriced for the quality, but the facilities were well-maintained and pleasant.
